watchdog unruffled by Louis Buhagiars excessive fees'
The Labour Party's watchdog Board for Vigilance and Discipline
requires more than a good scent to get on the trail of misbehaviour.
The Board demands a guilty verdict from some other tribunal before
it will investigate or give a ruling on the allegations against
Professor Louis Buhagiar.
The price for resignation
One conclusion reached at the meeting of the Commission for the
Administration of Justice presided by the President of the Republic
was that Chief Justice Mr Noel Arrigo must be asked to resign.
