As has always been the case the Malta Culinary Association (MCA) favours the direct participation of chefs, especially of its members, in radio and television programmes as well as in interviews and articles on Maltese and foreign newspapers and magazines.
However the MCA will not tolerate the idea that chefs participate in programmes or interviews wearing badges of the MCA or Toques International that is exclusively represented by the MCA, if they are not fully paid up members of the Association.
The MCA warns that it is ready to take legal action against those chefs that abuse the name and identity of the Malta Culinary Association.
