Enemalta has decided to change its billing system and send bills six times a year, four of which will be estimates and the other two meter-read.
If they think people are so naive as to give them an interest free loan every six months they are very much mistaken.
I will be ignoring the four estimated bills they send and shall only pay the six monthly meter read bills that I receive, promptly as is my wont!
