The Priceclub supermarket in Valley Road, Birkirkara, once the pride and joy of what was Malta’s largest and fastest expanding supermarket chains, is due to be sold by public auction.
The building, which belongs to one of the Price Club companies, Price Club (Birkirkara) Ltd, was valued at Lm2.3 million.
The sale by auction follows action by the Bank of Valletta and will take place in the corridors of the court on 21 June at 12 midday.
