Further to previous communication on the subject, the Malta Environment and Planning Authority confirms that in choosing its outsourced legal services, and in renewing these same outsourced services, it took into consideration, amongst other things, the criteria of value for money and trust. This should in no way be interpreted to have any implications on persons in the Authority’s employment.
