As the 10th of each month approaches, thousands of people place millions of VAT receipts in black garbage bags in the hope of winning a prize. Most of them would like to know what happened to the five employees of the Lotto department who were caught, more than a year ago, manipulating the draw for their own benefit, winning thousands of liri.
More than six months ago I sent the same question to the Department of Information and still I do not have a reply.
Very fishy indeed.
