Reference is made to the story with photographs concerning the Bingemma Fort, and I would like to inform you on behalf of my client Gaetano Buttigieg ID 734340(M) that he resides there under a title of lease with the Lands Department. He is no squatter as you very wrongly referred to him!
You were also completely wrong when you wrote that my client is awaiting eviction from the Lands Department. My client has been a resident with this family in this building for these last 25 years.
