I have been contracted with Melita Cable for a service for many, many years and as far as I know, when I contracted I was given a number of channels which I was able to view through their service.
As everybody knows, Melita Cable is now blocking certain channels when there is a sporting event on them, probably in an effort to sell these sports channels.
Is there a lawyer out there who can tell me whether this is a breach of contract or not? As far as I know, I contracted for their full service and not for a service that is blocked on and off at the whims and fancies of Melita Cable.
