Dr Austin Sammut’s attack on Qui-Si-Sana residents and Alternattiva Demokratika in his Talking Point in The Times earlier this week, would have been a trifle more credible had the gent declared his conflict of interest in the matter. Since he hasn’t, allow me to do so.
Dr Sammut is personally a shareholder in one of the companies that owns MIDI plc, a company that has a clear commercial interest in the Tigné/Qui-Si-Sana area. He also happens to be, no fault of his own may I add, the nephew of the chairman of MIDI plc.
Surprise!
