Reference is made to a report published in MaltaToday of 16 April 2006, “Portomaso acquire full ownership of land for Lm800,000”. In said report it is stated as a fact that the undersigned published the said deed of sale and acquisition.
However it is to be noted that the undersigned did not publish said deed. The publication of deed is public domain and with a little effort a journalist can easily obtain a copy of said public deed to verify facts.
