Nasty fall: where’s the OHSA?

Last Monday, my friends from Australia and I decided to have a bite at a Bugibba restaurant. After paying the bill, I went to the toilet. I found it extremely awkward, at my age (53), to go down the stairs to the toilet as the steps were so irregular and dangerous. It just so happened that I made it back upstairs unscathed.
My 84-year-old friend felt the urge to go as well and unfortunately she didn’t make it. She ended up fracturing her hand and lacerated one of her eyebrows as she fell all 15 to 18 steps. For this we spent till 2.30 a.m. at the Accident & Emergency Department. The consequences for this 84-year-old are obvious seeing that she lives on her own as her son will be returning to Australia tomorrow.
However, what is annoying me most is the OHSA whose registered telephone number is 21232907. I phoned Maltacom enquiries twice to confirm the number just in case I obtained the wrong number as this number is connected to a fax machine. I’ve now been calling since Tuesday morning but to no avail. I now wonder what one should do. Would someone from the authority please take note of the phone or was this done on purpose?
