Frank Salt has passed on the management of Homes of Quality, a specialised branch catering for the top-end market, to his son Grahame Salt.
Frank Salt has managed the Homes of Quality branch since it was set up in January 2000. Homes of Quality was set up to cater for the upper end of the property market providing a discreet and personalised service to local and foreign buyers and has since established itself as a leader in this specialized niche market .
Grahame Salt joined Frank Salt Real Estate as a sales consultant in 1996 after having completed his academic education at St Edward’s College and graduated in B.Sc. business and computing at the University of Malta.
During 1998, Grahame Salt was appointed Director of Frank Salt Real Estate Limited and was given the responsibility of Managing the Sliema Branch. This branch has since grown to be one of the most important branches of the group. Management of the Sliema Branch has now been transferred to George Vassallo. Frank Salt will retain his position as chairman to the group.
The Homes of Quality office together with the Frank Salt Sliema Branch have moved to a new prestigious 400 square metre office at 201 Tower Road, Sliema.
“Through Homes of Quality, we fully intend to provide a top quality service to our clients, both those trying to sell and those trying to buy a property. We carefully select the properties that are to be marketed through Homes of Quality. Price is not a criteria, only quality and value for money,” said Grahame Salt on his appointment.
