No big deal with Air Malta pilot

I can imagine that, technically speaking, the pilot might have broken the rules as claimed by a British tourist (Air Malta orders inquiry into alleged breach of anti-terror rules, 28 January). He felt nervous as a rule had been breached.
Come on, this was not some criminal in the cockpit. The pilot surely knew what he was doing, he did not let in just anyone. This was his niece, his own flesh and blood.
So let’s put this issue to sleep. Air Malta pilots do a great job and I am more than happy to fly with them and have put no problem to place my life into their responsibility when I selectively chose Air Malta to fly me down to my beloved island.
