Dogs should be kept under control

The authorities are right to enforce the law regarding dogs running in beaches and in public places. We have had enough of dog foul in the streets, behind our private doors and the constant barking that makes our nights more miserable. Dog lovers should keep them for themselves.
Beaches are not for dogs. Fouling the streets with dog litter is illegal and dogs lying loose are illegal too. It’s about time that this is all enforced and these owners are fined for their illegal behaviour.
