Academy of Dance Arts donates €2,000 to Community Chest Fund Foundation

A donation of €2,000 was presented to Her President Coleiro Preca on behalf of the MCCFF

The Academy of Dance Arts organised a performance titled A Night at the Opera on the 15th July at the Grandmaster’s Palace in Valletta. This performance was held under the auspices of Her Excellency, Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, President of Malta,  and was in aid of the Malta Community Chest Fund Foundation. The proceeds of the performance were donated to the MCCFF.

A donation of €2,000 was presented to Her President Coleiro Preca on behalf of the MCCFF. Seen in this photo are Ms Rowena Grech (to the President’s right hand side), Principal of the Academy of Dance Arts, accompanied by Ms Fiona Anastasi, Ms Sara Bianchi and Ms Elena Zammit, teachers at the Academy, presenting the donation to Her Excellency.

The students of the Academy participated in this performance which included a number of dances based on classical ballet, Spanish dance and contemporary dance. The Academy of Dance Arts is a professional dance school teaching the most popular genres of dance including classical ballet, Spanish dance, Jazz, Hip Hop and Contemporary.
