Billed as the largest literary celebration, the festival organised by the Malta National Book Council will be open morning and evening until 12 November. It is being held at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta.

The festival aims to promote reading and literacy in Malta, engaging people from all walks of life to enjoy the magic of reading. The public is invited to join discussions with writers and experts.

Many renowned international names will be joining the conversations, including renowned BBC journalist Rosie Goldsmith, French novelist Gilbert Sinoué, Kuwaiti poet Shahd Al Shammari and local author Alex Vella Gera.

Children are also invited to join the literary fun, with various events intended for younger readers. Kids have the opportunity to see interactive performances, meet popular characters, and buy new books to read.
