Spring is in the air. Longer lighter afternoons give promise of the warm summer to come. With the summer come a number of festivals scattered around Europe and as tickets start to arrive for our favourite festivals we can start thinking about what to pack. Lots of layers and floral prints, get your Glasto on with some great ideas for festival wear that work equally well for a Maltese spring.

Diet comes to the forefront of most people’s priorities as bikini season looms. Jovan Reljic talks about the latest trend, the Paleo diet – eating like a cave man so that the digestive system isn’t stressed out with things it has not yet evolved to digest. Mark Morales gets you in shape for summer with some interesting healthy recipes that are innovative and delicious. Make some easy substitutes to your diet and you can still enjoy comfort food without the guilt. Though most of us will be trying to eat healthily, Steve Hili is not really sure what he is putting in his mouth!

Check out Vida’s interview with Claire Agius as the movie Simshar makes it debut and Teodor Reljic’s enthusiasm for superheros, indie movies and The Cannes Film Festival.
