Homeland, The Walking Dead, Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal return to FOX and FOX Life

FOX and FOX Life are available to GO’s Gold and Gold interactive TV customers.

21 October 2014, 9:48am
GO TV customers can once again enjoy the return of the popular TV series Homeland, The Walking Dead, Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal on FOX and FOX Life, this October.

Homeland Season 4, starring Claire Danes, is being broadcast on FOX less than 24 hours after airing in the United States. The political thriller has received universal critical acclaim and has won several awards.

Season 4 continues where Season 3’s cliff hanger left off, with many questions to be answered regarding Saul Berenson’s career path, Carrie’s pregnancy and her new role as the youngest Station Chief ever appointed by the CIA.

The Walking Dead also returns to FOX Season 5. The post-apocalyptic horror drama stars Andrew Lincoln as deputy sheriff Rick Grimes, who wakes up from a coma only to find a world dominated by flesh-eating zombies.

The previous season ended with Rick and a group of survivors outgunned and outnumbered in a train car awaiting a deadly fate. The new season picks up shortly thereafter and includes new obstacles for the group which they must overcome to survive. New episodes will air every Monday at 9.30pm, less than 24 hours after the US.

Over on FOX Life, GO customers can enjoy new seasons of Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal this October. The medical drama, Grey’s Anatomy, starring Ellen Pompeo and Patrick Dempsey, will be moving into Season 11, and follows the professional and personal lives of medical staff at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital.

The new season focuses on life after the emotional farewell to Cristina Yang, played by Sandra Oh, and the return of Ellis Grey, played by Kate Burton, in the form of flashbacks. Following the memorable season 10 finale, it’s anyone’s guess as to what will happen to main character, Meredith Grey, after losing her best friend and her ongoing conflict with her husband. Grey’s Anatomy Season 11 will air on Wednesdays at 8pm, less than a week after the US

Kerry Washington stars in the two-time Primetime Emmy award winning drama Scandal. The fourth season will air on FOX Life on Thursdays at 8.00pm, one week after the US. Season 4 picks up from the Season 3 finale where a bomb detonation at a church caused chaos and provided electoral candidates with the opportunity to campaign for more votes during the final run up to Election Day.
