[WATCH] Pint-sized pooch thrills bathers with diving antics

Bathers were left in awe at St Peter's Pool this month, after a small black-and-white dog put on a show of daring dives into the crystal clear water below.

Spurred on by other divers plunging into the water, the terrier launches itself, Superman-style, off the limestone overhang. The drop looks to be about a storey high and after surfacing, the dog goes on to collect a plastic water bottle, thrown down to it by its owner standing above, before making its way onto dry land.

A second video shows the dog-and-owner duo taking a synchronized dive off the overhang, much to the delight of onlookers.
