The stars of Frozen have shared snippets of three songs from a short follow-up film to the Oscar winning animation hit.

Olaf's Frozen Adventure will see the movie's main characters - princesses Anna and Elsa - reunite with Olaf the snowman, Kristoff and Sven the reindeer.

The short-film follows Olaf, who is voiced by Josh Gad, and his quest to find the perfect Christmas tradition for the two princesses.

Voice stars Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel and Josh Gad all shared different clips of the new music.

Bell, who voices Princess Anna, unveiled Ring In The Season on Instagram, with the caption: "Just a little tasty frozen treat to carry you into the weekend!"

Menzel, who voices Princess Elsa, released a clip of new song When We're Together, while Gad, gave away part of That Time Of Year.

The 21-minute feature, which includes four new songs, will be screened ahead of Disney's new film Coco at UK cinemas on 25 and 26 November.

Olaf's Frozen Adventure will reportedly serve as a foundation for Frozen 2, which is scheduled for release in 2019.

Set in the fictional land of Arendelle, Frozen is loosely based on the Hans Christian Anderson fairy tale The Snow Queen.

The film depicts Princess Anna's struggle to break a spell cast by her sister, Princess Elsa, which keeps their land in eternal winter.

Frozen is the most successful animation film of all time, making around £1 billion at the box office. It also won Oscars for best animated film and best original song for Let It Go in 2014.
