Masquerade pays tribute to Andrew Lloyd Webber

Masquerade Theatre Company will kick off the theatre season with Simply Webber! an unforgettable night of music by the master composer Andrew Lloyd Webber.

The concert will feature exciting new arrangements to engage anyone who already loves Webber’s songs or those hearing them for the very first time.

Simply Webber will feature four acclaimed musical performers Dorothy Bezzina, who recently performed in the Rock Orchestra Concert; Rachel Fabri, who currently forms part of the British classical-crossover group All Angels with whom she regularly performs throughout the UK, Cliff Zammit Stevens who is currently studying in the UK but performed in Malta last summer in his own concert; and Roger Tirazona, a regular participant of the Malta Eurovision Song Contest and a successful contestant in several international song festivals.

Musical Director Kevin Abela will lead a live 9-piece orchestra and the multi-talented cast through all the ‘big’ moments from Evita, The Phantom of the Opera, Cats, Jesus Christ Superstar, Sunset Boulevard to the current Love Never Dies.
