Ziffa Festival at MIA promises music and entertainment

Arts and crafts, children's activities and live music await visitors

Malta International Airport is hosting its largest ever entertainment weekend at the airport during the third week of October. The Żiffa Festival promises music, fun and giveaways for all the family.
 
Friends and families will be part of a 50-hour live music marathon at Talbot & Bons, featuring top local artists including Gianluca Bezzina, Claudia Faniello and Red Electrick, who will be performing non-stop between Friday 17 at 3pm until Sunday 19 at 6pm. Kids rides and entertainment will be available for free from 10am and include puppet shows, face painting, a climbing wall and more.

Moreover, an arts and crafts session on Sunday between 3:30pm and 5:30pm and performances by children’s favourites ŻiguŻajg on Saturday and Sunday at 2:30pm at YoYo Kids Childcare. Those who are inclined to be more active can attend one of the three free fitness classes at Sky Spirit Fitness Lounge on Saturday at 9:30am and 10:30am or Sunday at 10am. There will also be free beauty services at Jigami Hairdressing Salon.

Performances and displays by the Armed Forces of Malta and Malta Police Force are also featured in the scheduled programme of events.
