The uniforms have been chosen by employees and feature a varied selection of garments, including casual wear for those who work behind the scenes. HSBC listened to staff feedback and paid particular attention to good quality material which is appropriate for Malta’s climate.
HSBC Bank Malta Chief Operating Officer Decca Fan said: “In this new design, we have addressed style, quality and comfort, and the suitability for Malta’s temperatures. A number of staff members worked closely with the uniform supplier and a wearer trial was carried out in selected offices in Malta. We listened to our staff feedback to ensure that the choice is an optimal one for them. It is important that they both look and feel good at work.”
