HSBC UK Contact Centre highlights its vibrancy at EURES Job Fair

As company brochures change hands for CVs, piles of resumes stack up, and glossy cover letters compete for attention, HSBC UK Contact Centre (HBEU), home to Malta’s largest number of contact centre employees, is inviting the upbeat and the confident minds in Malta to become part of their dynamic team.

HBEU is participating in the three-day EURES Malta - ETC Job Fair, which began on Thursday 27 November at the Mediterranean Conference Centre, and will welcome interest from prospective employees who will have the opportunity to network with HR personnel and get acquainted with a possible role in the industry as well as discuss various career positions currently on offer.  

Visitors, especially fresh graduates, will also have the chance to find out more about accredited training programmes run by an in-house academy, a global exposure that allows staff to make connections in an increasingly globalised world, and the prestige which comes with working for one of the world’s most iconic banks.

Established in 2006 with a target of 250 employees, the superior customer services delivered by HBEU have over the last eight years resulted in more than 400 employees assisting UK account holding customers.
