Hyundai kicks off one month campaign with Vibe FM

As part of its marketing campaign to promote the newly launched New Generation Hyundai i20, Hyundai has embarked on a one-month long campaign on one of Malta’s most followed breakfast shows

A recent poll held in the UK had established that people are happiest when they listen to radio compared to other forms of media such as TV and the internet.

This is why as part of its marketing campaign to promote the newly launched New Generation Hyundai i20, Hyundai has embarked on a one-month long campaign on one of Malta’s most followed breakfast shows – The Morning Vibe – with DJs Abel, JD and Martina.

The competition will be rewarding a lucky winner every week with a €300 transferable voucher that may be redeemed on a brand new Hyundai i20 and a final fourth winner will get a €500 cash prize. To participate, listeners of The All New Morning Vibe show need to listen out to a daily message recorded from the new Hyundai i-20’s GPS and which gives different directions everyday leading to a secret location on Fridays.  Every Friday listeners have to head to the destination to meet the Vibe FM crew in the all new Hyundai i-20 to become finalists.

Where the previous-generation i20 sold over 400,000 units in Europe since 2008, the new-generation i20, Hyundai aims to sell 100,000 units annually by attracting younger customers and aiming for its European B-segment to grow 14% to 3.25 million sales by 2017.
