Calamatta Cuschieri launches CC Global Balanced Income Fund

The fund seeks to provide stable, long- term capital appreciation by investing in a diversified portfolio of local and international assets

Calamatta Cuschieri Funds SICAV plc. has just launched a new sub-fund, the CC Global Balanced Income Fund. The fund seeks to provide stable, long- term capital appreciation by investing in a diversified portfolio of local and international bonds, equities and other income-generating assets.

One of the key advantages of this Fund is that the Investment Manager has the flexibility to adjust the asset allocation between different assets such as Bond, Equities and ETFs according to opportunities that arise within the asset classes. The Investment Manager can therefore base asset allocation decisions on key current themes and best opportunities to optimise the return generated and minimise any downtrends.

Alan Cuschieri, co-CEO at Calamatta Cuschieri said “We are proud to launch yet another innovative investment solution. This Fund offers investors the best of both worlds, the steady returns of bond markets versus the capital growth potential possible through investment in equities.”

The Fund operates as a UCITS scheme which is the gold standard for EU investment funds for retail investors. UCITS funds are ideal for retail investors as they have been specifically designed to ensure diversification and liquidity through distinct parameters, permitted asset classes and investment restrictions as set out in EU law.

The CC Global Balanced Income Fund is managed daily by Calamatta Cuschieri Investment Management (CCIM). CCIM is a leading Investment Management firm based in Malta and is a fully owned subsidiary of the Calamatta Cuschieri Group. It is licensed by the MFSA to provide investment management and advisory services.

The Global Balanced Income Fund is currently open for subscription. Those interested can contact Calamatta Cuschieri on 25 688 688 or visit www.cc.com.mt. The Fund is denominated in Euro, and investors can apply to invest from as little as €2,500.
