Prime Minister Lawrence Gonzi has announced legislation to strengthen citizen’s rights to information and expression through internet, to balance ACTA concerns.

Earlier

A short message sent to newsrooms simply notified members of the press about the appointment but gave no further detail.

Gonzi is expected to make a press statement to the media at around 5pm.
