The Air Malta chairman Louis Farrugia speaks to MaltaToday on the recently approved restructuring plan which aims at turning the company from a loss making company to a profitable one in the space of three years.
This week Air Malta announced that it had made an operating loss of €29.8 million for the financial year which ended March.
Although no company would call this a success, this year's financial results mark an 'improvement' of €4.3 million over the previous year.
Farrugia shares his thoughts on how the company can turn things around, the much criticised management team and privatisation.
