2. You can choose to unsubscribe to the SMS service at any time and will stop receiving SMS alerts with immediate effect.
3. The news alerts will only be sent to mobile phone numbers on a Maltese mobile phone network.
4. We are not liable for any inaccuracies, delays or incompleteness of the SMS service which are outside our control. We can not guarantee that the information provided will be complete or accurate.
5. Users are prohibited from copying or re-distributing any of the information received. Information sent is solely for personal use.
6. The SMS service is offered free of charge and you will never be charged for receiving SMS alerts.
7. By subscribing to the SMS Alerts service you are agreeing to receive, at the end of each news alert SMS, a short advertising message sponsored by various paid advertisers.
8. Your details will never be given directly to advertisers or any other third party and will be used for the sole purpose of the SMS alert service.
