[WATCH] Armagnac butter

Armagnac butter


  • 125g butter
  • 1 tbsp Armagnac


  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, without letting the butter foam.
  2. Add the Armagnac, or any other liqueur, and mix until combined. The mixture should be creamy, like a thick milk.
  3. Use with pates and parfaits or in baking.
