Three-year-old boy run over in Marsascala

A three-year-old boy was today taken to hospital after being run over by a vehicle in Marsascala.

The boy, thought to be a Swiss national, was hit by a car driven by a 43-year-old woman from Marsacscala in St Anne’s Street at around 3:45pm.

The police said that the boy was taken to Mater Dei Hospital however could not confirm the extent of the injuries sustained by the boy.
