Boy, 11, sustains life-threating injuries in fall

An 11-year-old boy sustained life-threatening injuries following an accidental fall at Dwejra, limits of Mgarr.

According to the Police’s communications office, the boy, a foreigner, was with his family when he fell a few metres after the ground he was standing on caved in.

The boy was rushed to Mater Dei Hospital for medical care.
