Elderly woman hospitalised after fall
An 81-year-old woman was hospitalised after falling down a flight of stairs

An elderly woman, 81, residing in Sliema suffered serious injuries when she fell down a flight of stairs early this morning.
The woman was given first aid by her neighbours until an ambulance arrived and took her to Mater Dei for treatment.
Despite the severity of her injuries, she is not in danger of dying.
