Italian youth run over by car while walking in St. Julian's

18-year-old Italian man run over by a car while walking in Gorg Borg Olivier Street, St Julian's in the early hours ot the morning

An 18-year old Italian man was run over by a car while walking in Gorg Borg Olivier Street, St Julian’s ataround 3:30am. Police have identified the driver as a 41-year-old man from Kalkara.

The young man was rushed to Mater Dei for treatment, where he was certified as having suffered grievous, but not life-threatening, injuries.

Police investigations are ongoing.
