Man suffers grievous injuries after being run over in St Julian’s

A 29-year-old man from Balzan was grievously injured early today when he was hit by a car

A man was hospitalised early this morning in order to receive treatment for his grievous injuries after he was hit by a car.

According to a police statement, at around 1:00am, the 29-year-old Balzan resident was entering his car on Michelangelo Cagiano Street, St Julian’s, when he was hit by a Kia Sportage, driven by a 41-year-old man, resident of Zebbug.

Police are investigating the case.
