Man suffers grievous injuries as truck overturns onto farm

A Mellieha man was grievously injured this morning as he lost control of his vehicle and overturned onto a farm.

The accident took place at 6:30am when the 56-year-old was driving an Isuzu Elf on Triq Dawret San Pawl in St Paul’s Bay.

According to police, the driver lost control the truck and veered off the road, overturning onto a farm.

An ambulance was called on the scene, which conveyed the man to hospital.
