Man found in a pool of blood in St Paul's Bay

A man has been hospitalised with grievous injuries after having been found lying on the street in a pool of blood in St Paul’s Bay.

According to a police statement, district police dispatched to Triq il-Korp tal-Pijunieri at around 7:15pm, where they found the victim, a Romanian national.

An ambulance conveyed the victim to Mater Dei hospital in order to receive treatment for his grievous injuries.

Police are investigating the case.
