17-year-old injured at airport hangar
A young man suffered grievous injuries when he was hit by a boom lift in a maintenance hangar on the Malta International Airport grounds
A 17-year-old boy from Mqabba suffered grievous injuries after he was hit by a boom lift at a maintenance hangar on the Malta International Airport grounds.
The police said that the incident happened at around 11.30am.
An ambulance was called on site, which rushed the victim to Mater Dei Hospital.
An investigation by the police is underway.
