Two women grievously injured in three-car Mosta collision

Two women were grievously injured this morning after they were involved in a three-car collision in Millbrae Avenue, Mosta.

The accident took place at about 7:15am between a Peugeot 205 driven by an 80-year-old woman from Qormi, a Honda Fit driven by a 61-year-old man from Attard and a Peugeot 207 driven by a 56-year-old man who resides in Saint Paul’s Bay.

A 79-year-old woman was a passenger in the Peugeot 205.

An ambulance was called on site and took both women to Mater Dei Hospital for medical treatment.

Police investigation are still on going.
