23-year-old suffers grievous injuries after being run over

An Italian woman was grievously injured after being run over by a 20-year-old man in St.Julians.

Police reports show that the incident at 3.40am.

The Dingli resident was driving his car, a Peugeot 308, when he hit the 23-year-old.

She is now being treated in Mater Dei hospital, where it has resulted that she is suffering from grievous injuries.

Police investigations are ongoing.
