Two hospitalised after Marsaskala argument

A man and a woman have been hospitlalised following a argument at a Marsaskala residence. The police were called in to control an argument that broke out at a home in Triq l-Iskall in Marsaskala.
The incident happened at roughly 3:25pm, the police said.
Several police officers were dispatched to the residence after reports were received that a stabbing had taken place.
Police who arrived on the scene however found that some of the two people involved had in fact been injured by glass that was broken during the argument.
Both persons were taken to Mater Dei Hospital for treatment.
