Evidence, sent in to this newsroom, of litter and dog waste left at the recently completed Dock 1 area
20 years of headaches to motorists and danger to pedestrians, and €11 million in EU funds later, the Dock 1 project in Bormla was only recently completed.
That however did not stop careless diners and irresponsible pet owners from leaving their mark on the newly spruced up public space, as evidenced by the image above.
