Opposition leader Simon Busuttil lauded the action taken by Allied Newspapers in the wake of allegations that its managing director was involved with Kasco Holdings, of which thePM's chief of staff is a shareholder. Busuttil said the company's actions contrated sharply with the inaction from the side of the government.

What is currently happening in our country is serious and unprecedented, said PN leader Simon Busuttil in a video message. He called on the authorities, from the prime minister to the Police Commissioner, to do their duty and take steps against Konrad Mizzi and Keith Schembri.
