The newspaper is informed that multimillion-euro healthcare deals signed by the government a private company last year and this March will only be published in November.

A proposal by the Sliema local council to build an underground multilevel car park in Tower Road was already being criticised by a number of residents. Now, however, the proposed project has been halted due to claims by the National Commission for People with Disabilities that there are issues with accessibility.

The newspaper reports that PM Joseph Muscat did not deny the possibility of meetings having taken place between minister Konrad Mizzi and one of the directors from Vitalis, Sri Ram Tumuluri, before the tender was given to the company for it to be eligible for the €200 million project. The project includes the privitisation of Gozo's general hospital, St Luke's hospital, and Karin Grech hospital.

According to the Malaysian company contracted to build the €267.71 million Floating Storage and Regasification Unit for the new Delimara power station, the LNG tanker will not be delivered until the third quarter of this year, meaning between July and September 2016.
