Young driver and passengers suffer grievous injuries after traffic accident
The incident took place after the 20-year-old driver lost control of her vehicle and crashed into nearby traffic lights

A 20-year-old woman lost control of her Opel Astra and hit a parked vehicle and traffic lights, police confirm.
The incident took place in Triq ix-Xatt, Gzira at 01.15 am.
The Birkirkara resident and two male passengers, 21 and 20, have been taken to Mater Dei after suffering grievous injuries.
Another passenger, a 17-year-old female, is suffering from light injuries.
Police investigations are underway.
