As of tomorrow, works on Triq San Mark are scheduled to begin, with Transport Malta calling for vehicles coming from the direction of Belt is-Sebh, to enter Valletta from Triq Santa Lucija instead

As of tomorrow, vehicles coming from the direction of Belt is-Sebh are to enter Valletta from Triq Santa Lucija, said Transport Malta. The usual entry point, Triq San Mark will rebuilt, said the company.

Works are scheduled to begin tomorrow at 9:00am and are expected to last a few weeks, according to Transport Malta, as the “entities responsible will be installing the services from scratch”. Triq San Mark, they said, will remain closed throughout the duration of the works.

Transport Malta went on to apologise for the inconvenience but urged drivers to “be mindful of the changes in traffic management, follow the temporary traffic signs and the instructions of officials on site”.
