The menu has an emphasis on using healthy and organic ingredients from all across the Mediterranean with delicious and innovative dishes on menus that are constantly changing

Wake up to six different types of eggs Benedict, a signature dish of Waterbiscuit, and choose from the vast selection of teas and coffee. The health conscious have also been catered for in the à la carte menu.

Later in the day, lounge at the bar with an extensive variety of cocktails and wines that will both tease and delight the senses; the atmosphere is relaxed and offers a modern and stylish feel.
