Waterbiscuit's innovation continues with champagne brunches

The award winning restaurant, Waterbiscuit has prepared the finest form of personal indulgence, Sunday Champagne Brunch.

In collaboration with Cleland & Souchet, the restaurant will be providing a never ending supply of ‘Pommery’ Champagne, for you to enjoy throughout the course of your meal. All professionally served in a stylish and relaxed atmosphere.

Waterbiscuit, already famous for its luscious and innovative dining, will showcase its style to create a truly singular experience. Sunday Champagne Brunch will offer a superb array of delights with which to spoil yourself. ‘English bread muffins with smoked salmon, caviar and cream cheese’ amongst a selection of savoury croissants, scones, antipasto as well as the classic egg Benedict offer the perfect start.

The main course will consist of a lavish selection of meat and fish dishes all with the Chef’s own special twist, the ‘Aubergine, Tomato and Parmesan Tart’ is a definite highlight, all to be brilliantly rounded off with an à la carte dessert menu that can only impress.

At €55.00 per person, Sunday Champagne Brunch at Waterbiscuit includes a never ending supply of ‘Pommery’ Champagne, fresh fruit juices, water and live entertainment.
