[WATCH] Toasted seeds

Watch Sean Gravina toast a selection of nuts and seeds that can be used to add texture to pasta dishes, salads or even fish or chicken dishes.

Toasted seeds

  • A selection of toasted seeds (cashews, pine nuts, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
  • Butter
  • Salt

  1. Heat the butter in the pan.
  2. Add the larger nuts first, adding the smaller nuts and seeds at a later stage.
  3. Add salt.
  4. Once the nuts have browned a little, remove from the pan and drain on a piece of kitchen roll.
