After the winter-that-never-was, summer has finally hit our shores! Even though we haven’t been freezing to death this winter we still look forward to the summer months as, let’s face it, summer is more than just an open window and a warmer breeze.

The sea is part of Mediterranean life and what better way to experience the Maltese Islands than from the sea? We have the low down on the best spots to hit on your boat, whichever way the wind blows!

Summer time, means summer fruit and boy, oh boy is the fruit good in summer. Melons, watermelons and apricots – these are perfectly delicious eaten still warm off the fruit truck while leaning over the sink. However they do have other uses – think hair masks and gentle exfoliators.

Getting your diet right means more than just a perfect summer body, eating the right food helps your body fight inflammation which, in turn, protects it from a host of ailments and diseases. Ginger, turmeric, blueberries, pineapples, celery… adding these to your diet will health is restored on a cellular level and the body can repair itself.
